IGWA NSHI NDI EKE

IGWA NSHI NDI EKE= Super cultural heritage of Eke town in Udi Lga of Enugu state. Leaving Umuchu; a culturally rich town in Aguata Lga of Anambra state over two decades ago I never knew I was going to another culturally blessed town. I am really elated to be part of this community. The Akwari (men alone), Ikwa Ihu(daughters honouring their families) and the popular Igwa Nshi(celebrating their war victory over their stubborn neighbours). Igwa Nshi is celebrated village by village according to seniority. My pictorial story is Nshi Ndi Amankwo, my own village celebrated on 6/6/15. Come with me and enjoy yourselves dear friends!
